Low Sugar Coconut Orange Balls Recipe

These wheat-free little coconut balls are great for traveling (just keep ’em cold). Good for kids since they are not loaded with sugar.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, peanuts, any type)
- 1 T. orange zest
- 2-3 T. juice from an orange
- 1-2 T. honey
- 2 c. shredded coconut flakes
- 1 - 8oz package of cream cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, nuts, raisins, orange zest, orange juice and honey. Use your hands.
- Form into golf ball sized balls.
- Roll in coconut flakes.
