Low Sugar Coconut Orange Balls Recipe

Difficulty: Easy | Total Time: 15 mins. | Makes: 40 balls

These wheat-free little coconut balls are great for traveling (just keep ’em cold). Good for kids since they are not loaded with sugar.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, peanuts, any type)
  • 1 T. orange zest
  • 2-3 T. juice from an orange
  • 1-2 T. honey
  • 2 c. shredded coconut flakes
  • 1 - 8oz package of cream cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, nuts, raisins, orange zest, orange juice and honey. Use your hands.
  2. Form into golf ball sized balls.
  3. Roll in coconut flakes.
