Inside-Out S'mores Recipe

Difficulty: Easy | Total Time: about 1 hour | Makes: depends on how heavy your hand is with the fluff and the chocolate....

got the idea from a chocolate covered peanut butter ritz “cookie” recipe…. enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 box of graham cracker squares
  • 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 bag milk chocolate chips
  • 1 - 2 jars marshmellow fluff
  • 1 container of small multi-colored sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Melt both semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips together in a double boiler on med-low until smooth.
  2. Smear some marshmellow fluff between two graham cracker squares and make a sandwich
  3. Take a fork and use it to dip the sandwich in the chocolate, covering the whole thing. Tap off any excess chocolate.
  4. Place nearly finished product on a cookie sheet lined with waxed or parchment paper and throw some sprinkles on the top before the chocolate completely sets.
  5. Keep going until you run out of chocolate. Once you have a tray-ful, put it in the fridge to set further for about half hour to an hour. Take out and eat.

  • "bitchinkitchen" - the chocolate does harden some, but it doesnt really make a "crunchy" shell. the texture is more like regular chocolate.

    when you tap off the excess chocolate, it is still on there pretty thick, so it doesnt really come out crunchy.

  • I hope no one gets up set but I can't seem to find where to post a question. I have been looking for a very simple recipie for a no bake square. It have flavored mini marshmellows and peanut butter.
