<introduction>

It’s a typical Japanese fast food and it’s served in many fast food places in Japan. Ingredients can be a little hard to find, but just go your nearest Asian Market and I’m sure you can find some. It might be hard to find the dashi bonito, but its just these fish stock powder. I know fish stock can sound a little unusual, but it goes great with the dish! The ginger is not like the ones with sushi, its a bright red strong flavored one.

 <instructions>

Take the boiling water and put the dashi bonito into a bowl and once mixed, put in all the other ingredients (except the beef, onions and rice), into it.

Chop the onions around 5-6mm (1/4 in.) thick.

Fry the onions until soft and put in the beef. Fry on high heat until beef is cooked, cool well, but not for too long because the beef will become tough.

Put in the combination of sauces into the pan. Stir and cook for about 2 minutes. Put the lid on and let it cook for another 5 minutes or so.

Put the rice in a bowl and serve the beef and onions on top. Garnish with ginger and you’re done. Yummy!
