Humus Recipe

Very quick, easy and tasty. All you need is a can opener and a food processor.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 - 15 oz can of chick peas
- juice of one large lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup of hot water
- salt
- 1 T virgin olive oil
- ground red chili
- cilantro (optional)
- cumin (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Process first items in food processor until smooth, add hot water and olive oil. Add seasonings to taste.
