- 1Combine ground beef, onion, green pepper in a large pan.
- 2Cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble, drain fat.
- 1Add garlic salt & the next 4 ingredients, stir well.
- 2Cover, reduce heat & simmer 15 minutes.
- 1Cook macaroni, drain, add to meat mixture, stir well.
- 2Spoon into a 12 × 8 × 2″ baking dish, top evenly with pepperoni.
- 3Cover and bake @ 350* for 20 minutes.
- 1Remove cover, top with cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
