Fiendishly Simple Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Recipe
Making delicious grilled chicken is a no-brainer with this recipe. This marinade will keep the chicken moist, simple, versatile, and delicious. Be sure not to overcook and you’ll be shocked at how delicious this preparation can be.
- 2 lbs thinly-sliced chicken breast
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 5 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 lemon
- Sea salt
- Fresh ground pepper
- 1.5 Tbsp tahini
- Fresh parsley
- In a bowl combine the olive oil, garlic, the juice of the lemon, a generous amount of salt and pepper, and the tahini. Mix and let sit for at least 30 minutes, though longer is better.
- Grill on a very hot grate for 2 minutes per side. Do not overcook.
- Top with chopped fresh parsley.

THIS WAS ERRRMAZING! I put it on focaccia smeared with pesto, topped with crispy roasted zucchini slices and melted some mozzerella cheese on top. It was awesome sam-bossom.
Also, the paragraph above the ingredients state that it is a marinade.
This has gotta be a marinade because there is no reason for it to sit for 30 minutes otherwise. Also, why is the chicken breast sliced thin and not marinated and cooked whole?
This sounds great but I think you left something out--do you marinate the chicken, or use it as a basting sauce, or what? Thanks, would like to try it.
