    <![CDATA[<p>When you are hungary and this is what is left in the fridge  &#8212;Best use of marinades&#8212;little prep  speedy &#8212;tastes like it took a long time but its really a dump together&#8212;You can subsitute rice for angel hair pasta or chow mein noodles &#8212;Sometimes I add a little garlic when I start the chicken &#8212;A couple of dashes of hot pepper or tabasco is good too &#8212;It make great left overs  If you plate it really nice and don&#8217;t over do the veggies people will think you slaved away in the kitchen&#8212; I am a big fan or marinades as sauces &#8212;</p>]]>

	<li>Prep -cut up chicken and top with 1/4 bottle marinade put in fride&#8212;stir really good
 ( the best way is to do this before you go to work&#8212;if you have time ) </li>
		<li>Start rice make according to box  microwave or stove top( you can really cheat and pick up a pint from your local take out place on the way home)</li>
		<li>in large hot saute pan or wok add a little oil ( optional) and dump in chicken ( marinade too) stir so it doesn&#8217;t stick and it will look kinda wet at first&#8212;when chicken is half cooked go to step 4</li>
		<li>Add 1/2 bag of still frozen veggies 
Topp with splash of OJ maybe 1/3 cup 
Stir &#8212;veggies with absorb marinade or liquid   </li>
		<li>Dinner is done when liquid is bubbly and glaze like &#8212;veggies should be hot and thawed but not too soft ( if you like softer veggie microwave 2 min before step 4</li>
		<li>make medium mound of rice and topp with chicken/veggie mix  shake with seasame seeds or chopped peanuts  All done &#8212;Eat</li>
