	<li>Measure oats into a largish bowl and stir in the maple syrup and oils until well covered.</li>
		<li>Stir in spices, salt, nuts and flaxseeds.</li>
		<li>Cover a jellyroll pan with parchment paper and evenly spread the granola over it. 
Bake in a 300 degree oven  (preheated, please) for 30 minutes or until golden.
Stir the granola every 10 minutes while baking.</li>
