They must be natural casing,all beef dogs. Vienna from  Chicago,Koegel&#8217;s from Flint,MI,and Nueske&#8217;s from Wisconsin &#38; Kowalski from Hamtramck,MI  are the brands that we favor. 
The buns must have poppy seeds.
Sport peppers are available almost anywhere.They are the little hot peppers packed in vinegar.</p>]]>

	<li>Simmer the hot dogs in a covered sauce pan until they plump up nicely(up to 10 minutes).</li>
		<li>Place the hot dogs into the buns.(We warm them for 30 seconds in the microwave,or steam them for a minute or 2)</li>
		<li>Apply mustard(use a squirt bottle for ease of application),onions,relish,2 wedges of Tomato,3 Sport peppers.Apply celery salt over the length of the dog.</li>
