My Mommy used to make these for me!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 piece of white bread
- 1 egg
- optional piece of American cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- using the open end of a drinking glass cut hole in center of bread and remove the center
- toast bread
- put toasted bread in a small heated pan and break egg in the center of said toast. cook egg to your liking.
- add optional cheese after fist flip of toast
