Jicama Salad with Pico de Gallo Recipe

This is an easy light dish that can be eaten as a snack or side dish to a Carne Asada or any bbq. Best eaten chilled.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large jicama
- 4 navel oranges
- 2 cucumbers
- Pico de Gallo
- Optional: salted
INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove the skin of the jicama. Dice in medium chunks
- Peel and dice the oranges
- Peel and dice cucumbers.
- Place all in a bowl and season lightly with salt (an option)
- Serve with a sprinkle of Pico de Gallo and Lemon

Thanks for clarifying: I think another name for Pico de Gallo is powdered fruit seasoning.
I believe Pico de Gallo in this case is just finely ground chile powder, or a mix of this and salt. Some versions also have a dehydrated form of lime. Pico de Gallo also refers to a coarsely chopped fresh salsa. I don't think that is what the author wants. Chopped fresh cilantro is also a good addition to this salad.
