cold tuna salad Recipe
My Mom used to make this for us all the time in the summer. Nothing says “summer is here!” to me like enjoying a bowl of this along with some iced tea while sitting in the sun. Forgive the lack of measurements – this is based entirely on your tastes!
- Cooked pasta (elbow noodles or small shells work best)
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- Tuna
- Sweet peas
- Shallots, diced
- Dijon mustard, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Lemon juice, to taste
- Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
