cold tuna salad Recipe

My Mom used to make this for us all the time in the summer. Nothing says “summer is here!” to me like enjoying a bowl of this along with some iced tea while sitting in the sun. Forgive the lack of measurements – this is based entirely on your tastes!

INGREDIENTS
  • Cooked pasta (elbow noodles or small shells work best)
  • Mayonnaise, to taste
  • Tuna
  • Sweet peas
  • Shallots, diced
  • Dijon mustard, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Lemon juice, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
