Mac & Cheese Recipe

6 servings
For the current Mac & Cheese Contest
INGREDIENTS
- 16 ounces dry pasta in your favorite shape
- 8 ounces grated Sharp White Cheddar
- 8 ounces grated Jack Cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup half & half cream
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook Pasta
- Add all ingredients, saving nutmeg until everything is mixed together
- Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes
