Mac & Cheese Recipe

Makes: 6 servings

For the current Mac & Cheese Contest

INGREDIENTS
  • 16 ounces dry pasta in your favorite shape
  • 8 ounces grated Sharp White Cheddar
  • 8 ounces grated Jack Cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup half & half cream
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cook Pasta
  2. Add all ingredients, saving nutmeg until everything is mixed together
  3. Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes
