Just Mac 'n Cheese Recipe

This is so basic, I can’t believe no one else does this. Nothing fancy, just yummy.

INGREDIENTS
  • cooked elbow macaroni (Al Dente)
  • 3/4 lb. deli sliced American cheese
  • milk
  • 1 stick of butter
  • couple of dashes of Crystal Hot Sauce
  • white pepper
  • panko crumbs
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. slowly heat milk and butter
  2. stir in cheese to melt
  3. add a bit of Crystal and pepper
  4. pour sauce over the elbows in to a greased baking dish
  5. mix a bit of melted butter into the panko crumbs (keep pretty dry) and spread panko on top of the mac ’n cheese
  6. Heat in 350 oven until crumbs start to brown and it is bubbling around the edges
