  • slowly heat milk and butter
  • stir in cheese to melt
  • add a bit of Crystal and pepper
  • pour sauce over the elbows in to a greased baking dish
  • mix a bit of melted butter into the panko crumbs (keep pretty dry) and spread panko on top of the mac ‘n cheese
  • Heat in 350 oven until crumbs start to brown and it is bubbling around the edges
