Burgundy Wine Curry. Recipe

My favorite Wine Curry for Wine Lover.
Made with No water, Just Wine!

Bon appetite with Red wine!

INGREDIENTS
  • Red Wine ( Cabernet Sauvignon Preferred) 2 bottle
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Apple (Fuji apple preferred)
  • 1 Tomato ( Sweet one)
  • 400g ground Beef
  • couple piece of chopped Garic
  • 1 Tea spoon of Olive Oil
  • 1 bit of Dark chocolate ( high % cacao preferred)
  • 1 box Japanese Curry Roux
  • some White Rice
  • 1 Bay leaf
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Grate Tomato, Onion, Apple, Carrot.
    then mix with Wine.
  2. stir-fry the beef with garlic and olive oil until turn it brown.
  3. pour 1) and 2) into the stewpan. Simmer it until become 1/3. put bay leaf into the pan.
    Meanwhile cook some White Rice with wine instead of water.
  1. Add the Curry roux. then simmer 20 min more.
  1. To finish, Add some bits of Chocolate
    if you like spice, add garam masala.
