Fried Italian peppers Recipe

Total Time: half hour | Makes: 6 peppers can make as much as you like remember to make sure you have enough stuffing for each pepper

INGREDIENTS
  • long italian green peppers cleaned set aside
  • bread white about 6 or so slices broken up put in bowl
  • salt pepper 1 clove garlic chopped, oregano, 1 can flat anchovies cut up and use oil from, olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. wash clean peppers set aside
  2. in bowl break up white bread crust and all, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add oregano enough to flavor it and cover most of the bread stuffing. add chopped garlic and chopped up anchovies with the anchovie oil
  3. fry this on low in alittle olive oil till slightly brown. stuff peppers with this and fry them on low until done. eat cold. these are great.
