<short_description>A drink of both Italian and French origins</short_description>
 <long_description>Like the island of Corsica, this drink is part French, part Italian, and 100 percent unique.</long_description>
 <introduction>

The island of Corsica went back-and-forth between French and Italian rule so many times that the natives consider themselves, first and foremost, uniquely Mediterranean and independent. Similarly this drink combines a French apéritif, Lillet Blanc, with an Italian digestivo, limoncello, for a multicultural Mediterranean kick. Topping it off with elderflower pressé makes for a lightly floral and citrus-y drink that’s refreshing yet deceptively potent.

What to buy: Belvoir Elderflower Pressé is a combination of elderflower, lemon, and lightly carbonated water and can be found at specialty food markets and online.

Stir together limoncello and Lillet in a wineglass and top with pressé. Garnish with lemon twist, if using, and serve.
