This variation on the traditional Pimm’s cup calls for Ginger Beer – the spicier the better. Adding apple and orange slices bring a fruitiness to the party and the cucumber slices keeps it from being cloying.


  1. 1Pour Pimm’s No. 1 into a highball filled with ice.
  2. 2Add cucumber, orange, and apple slices.
  3. 3Top with Ginger Beer and garnish with mint sprig.
