INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried lavender
  • 1 (750-milliliter) bottle gin, such as Plymouth
INSTRUCTIONS
Add lavender to gin and allow to infuse for 1 day. Strain and use in cocktails where gin is called for, such as the Provençale.
