Peach nectar and lemon-lime soda combine for a nonalcoholic take on the classic cocktail.
What to buy: Peach nectar can be found in many Latin grocery stores, and some supermarkets carry one made by R.W. Knudsen.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ounce chilled peach nectar
- 4 ounces chilled lemon-lime soda
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour peach nectar into a champagne flute and top with lemon-lime soda. Stir gently and serve.
I think I might try this with Martinelli's sparkling cider.
