Tropical Fruit Cooler Recipe
Sunny afternoons are meant for lounging under shady trees with cool drinks, like this fruity punch. So find a tree, make a batch, and unwind.
What to buy:
Guava and peach nectars can be found in many Latin grocery stores, and some supermarkets carry these by R.W. Knudsen.
If you’ve made your own ginger beer (and we think you should), then go ahead and use it here. Otherwise, look for a ginger beer that suits your taste. We prefer one with a nice note of sweet and a good kick of ginger, like Regatta.

i loved this drink. i've been trying to not drink so much alcohol and this really was perfect. everyone loved it.
Ginger beer is usually non-alcoholic. It's a soda, like root beer. It's like ginger ale with more ginger.
What would i need to make it non alcoholic?
The R.W. Knudsen nectars are very good, most local health food stores carry them. However, if not available, the Goya Brand nectars will suffice...
Cruzan has a Guava flavored rum that would be great in this recipe
Maybe a little dark rum?
