Hoop La Recipe
This variation of the Sidecar is a favorite of CHOW editor Lessley Anderson. It’s most often served straight up in a martini glass, but is also quite nice poured over crushed ice during the summer.
- 1 ounce brandy
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce Cointreau
- 1 ounce Lillet Blanc
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
