This variation of the Sidecar is a favorite of CHOW editor Lessley Anderson. It’s most often served straight up in a martini glass, but is also quite nice poured over crushed ice during the summer.

Instructions

  1. 1Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
