Great recipe (it also doubles as a nice little gift for the holidays!). For how long will the pumpkin seeds hold up?

Thanks,
ArtemisNYC

ArtemisNYC: The pumpkin seeds should last you about 3 to 5 days in an airtight container.

Do you think they'll hold up well if frozen?
