Makes: 1 drink
This drink was made for the CHOW launch party by Jacques Bezuindenhout.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 or 3 medium strawberries, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 ounces Plymouth gin
- 1 3/4 ounces rosé wine (with fruity tones and strawberries)
- 3/4 ounce Strawberry Syrup
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce Pimm’s No. 1
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place ice cubes and the sliced strawberries in a highball glass.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into the glass and serve.
