Basil Oil Recipe
Dress up simple grilled fish or chicken with this easy sauce, or use it to top our Watermelon Gazpacho.
- 1 1/2 cups basil leaves
- 1 1/2 cups extra-virgin olive oil
- Blend basil leaves and olive oil together until smooth. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Let mixture rest for about 15 minutes prior to using.
