A refreshing spring-green sparkler.

What to buy: Agave nectar is available at health food stores and online. It’s also known as agave syrup. If you can’t find it, just substitute Rich Simple Syrup.

I second ccrow's observation about the distinction between seltzer and club soda. Since when is "seltzer water" "also known as club soda?"

I would just like to point out that club soda and seltzer are not necessarily the same;the brand of club soda that I currently have lists the ingredients as 'carbonated water, salts'. And they apparently don't have any seltzer that isn't flavored but I guess that's another matter...

  • Just did this. Really tasty! Actually, was a pleasant surprise.

  • Vodka sounds amazing, and ijeny, regular water would probably be delicious but might fall a bit flat.

  • Can seltzer water (club soda) be replaced with water??

  • Trader Joes now has Agave nectar

  • delicious

  • Agave nectar is just a liquid sweetener extracted from the agave plant. I've seen it in the natural foods section of some chain grocery stores.

  • what is agave nectar?

  • This is great. The addition of vanilla vodka turns it into a nice cocktail

  • sounds amazing.

  • The color looks great! Think we could add some ...vodka?
