Big Cow Beef Injection Recipe

Injecting brisket is a new trick on the barbecue circuit. This works with any cut of beef.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until cold.

  • The canned broth these days dont have as much salt but they vary. Check the labels on a few and try french onion or other beef broths that are low soduim.

    Love the name of the recipe but the ingrediant list is not much to inspire trying. Just my opinion.

  • Wouldn't regular canned broth add too much salt? Some of them are pretty damned salty. How about beef consomme or one of the concentrated stocks you dilute with water?
