	<li>Moisten the bottom of a heavy saucepan with a little water, and add sugar by pouring it directly into the center of the pan. Cook over medium heat until golden brown. </li>
		<li>Remove from stove, add cream and salt, and swirl the pan until ingredients are incorporated. Return the saucepan to the stove and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and reserve.</li>
