Argentinean Chimichurri Sauce

Makes: 1 1/2 cups

- In a blender, combine vinegar, lemon juice, red onion, hot paprika, crushed garlic, finely ground black pepper, ground bay leaf, and salt to taste. Add olive oil and blend again. Add parsley and oregano and blend again, until bright green and smooth.
- Spoon the sauce over grilled meat and serve extra on the side.
