INGREDIENTS
- 4 ounces Chardonnay or other dry white wine
- 2 ounces cold club soda
- Twist of lemon peel
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the Chardonnay and club soda over ice in a chilled wineglass, and stir. Garnish with lemon peel.
