Between the Sheets Recipe

A variation on the traditional Sidecar that adds rum.

INGREDIENTS
  • Sugar for rimming
  • 3/4 ounce brandy
  • 3/4 ounce light rum
  • 3/4 ounce Cointreau or triple sec
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Twist of lemon peel
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Rim a chilled cocktail glass with sugar. Shake the brandy, rum, Cointreau, and lemon juice with ice; then strain into the cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
