A variation on the traditional Sidecar that adds rum.| from: Field Guide to Cocktails , by Rob Chirico
- 1Rim a chilled cocktail glass with sugar. Shake the brandy, rum, Cointreau, and lemon juice with ice; then strain into the cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
