Salty Dog/Greyhound Recipe

Makes: 1 drink

The Greyhound is a classic cocktail for the dog days of summer; salt the rim and you’ve got a Salty Dog.

INGREDIENTS
  • Pineapple juice and salt for rimming
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 4 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Moisten the rim of a highball glass with pineapple juice, rim with salt, and chill.
  2. Pour the vodka and grapefruit juice over ice in the glass, and stir. Omit the salt for a Greyhound.
