The Greyhound is a classic cocktail for the dog days of summer; salt the rim and you’ve got a Salty Dog.
- 1Moisten the rim of a highball glass with pineapple juice, rim with salt, and chill.
- 2Pour the vodka and grapefruit juice over ice in the glass, and stir. Omit the salt for a Greyhound.
