Loch Lomond Recipe

Scotch is given a tropical makeover with the help of peach schnapps, blue curaçao, and grapefruit.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 ounces Scotch
  • 1/2 ounce peach schnapps
  • 1 ounce blue curaçao
  • 3 ounces fresh ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Twist of lemon peel
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Shake the Scotch, peach schnapps, blue curaçao, grapefruit juice, and lemon juice with ice; then strain over ice into a chilled hurricane glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
