Loch Lomond Recipe
Scotch is given a tropical makeover with the help of peach schnapps, blue curaçao, and grapefruit.
- 2 ounces Scotch
- 1/2 ounce peach schnapps
- 1 ounce blue curaçao
- 3 ounces fresh ruby red grapefruit juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Twist of lemon peel
- Shake the Scotch, peach schnapps, blue curaçao, grapefruit juice, and lemon juice with ice; then strain over ice into a chilled hurricane glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
