Something like a Scotch martini, this cocktail is for serious drinkers only.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 ounces Scotch
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes of bitters
  • Orange peel
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Shake the Scotch, vermouth, and bitters with ice; then strain over ice into a chilled cocktail glass.
  2. Flame the orange peel and use it as a garnish.
