INGREDIENTS
- 2 ounces rye
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1 ounce grenadine
- Maraschino cherry
INSTRUCTIONS
- Shake the rye, vermouth, and grenadine with ice; then strain over ice into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Way too sweet... better with 3 oz Rye, 1/2 oz sweet vermouth and 1/2 ounce grenadine, which is still quite sweet Also, much better with a pomegranate-based grenadine.
