Flirting with the Sandpiper Recipe

A playful cocktail made with light rum, fresh orange, and cherry brandy.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 ounces light rum
  • 3 ounces fresh orange juice
  • Dash of bitters
  • 1 teaspoon cherry brandy
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Shake the rum, orange juice, and bitters with ice; then strain over ice into a chilled highball glass. Float the cherry brandy on top.
