A refreshing mixture of light rum, fresh lime, and minty crème de menthe.
- 1 1/2 ounces light rum
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons green crème de menthe
- 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
- Twist of lemon peel
- Shake the rum, lime juice, crème de menthe, and sugar with ice; then strain over ice into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
