Field Guide to Cocktails
A refreshing rum cocktail.
- 1 ounce coconut rum
- 1/2 ounce amaretto
- 4 ounces fresh orange juice
- 1/2 ounce grenadine
- Wedge of pineapple and a maraschino cherry
- 1Shake the coconut rum, amaretto, and orange juice with ice; then strain over ice into a chilled highball glass. Float the grenadine on top, and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
