A Day at the Beach

A refreshing rum cocktail.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 ounce coconut rum
  • 1/2 ounce amaretto
  • 4 ounces fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce grenadine
  • Wedge of pineapple and a maraschino cherry
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Shake the coconut rum, amaretto, and orange juice with ice; then strain over ice into a chilled highball glass. Float the grenadine on top, and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
