Angel's Kiss

This slightly sweet, layered after-dinner drink is carefully poured into a serving glass. Enjoy it in lieu of dessert.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 ounces crème de cacao
  • 1 1/2 ounces heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 ounces brandy
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Pour the crème de cacao into a 5-ounce glass.
  2. Using the convex side of a barspoon, slowly pour the cream over the crème de cacao, making sure not to disturb it, to create a layered effect.
  3. Using the same technique, layer the brandy over the cream.
