Angel's Kiss Recipe
This slightly sweet, layered after-dinner drink is carefully poured into a serving glass. Enjoy it in lieu of dessert.
- 1 1/2 ounces crème de cacao
- 1 1/2 ounces heavy cream
- 1 1/2 ounces brandy
- Pour the crème de cacao into a 5-ounce glass.
- Using the convex side of a barspoon, slowly pour the cream over the crème de cacao, making sure not to disturb it, to create a layered effect.
- Using the same technique, layer the brandy over the cream.
