Smooth Operator Recipe

A creamy tropical (alcoholic) slushie.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 ounces Frangelico
  • 1/2 ounce Kahlúa
  • 1/2 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1/2 banana
  • 4 ounces heavy cream
  • Pineapple slice
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine the Frangelico, Kahlúa, Bailey’s Irish Cream, banana, and cream in a blender with 1/3 cup crushed ice, and puree briefly until smooth.
  2. Pour into a margarita or wine glass, and garnish with pineapple.
