This after-dinner cordial is a mix of Baileys Irish Cream, Rumple Minze peppermint schnapps, and a bit of heavy cream for richness.

INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
  • 3/4 ounce Rumple Minze peppermint schnapps
  • 2 dashes heavy cream
  • Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place a cordial glass in the freezer to chill.
  2. Place the Baileys, Rumple Minze, and cream in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker halfway with ice and shake until the outside is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into the chilled glass.
