Basic Cooler Recipe
- In a highball glass, dissolve the sugar in the club soda; then add the ice and liquor. Garnish with fruit peel.
Variations:
Boston Cooler: Add 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, and use light rum.
Floradora Cooler: Add 1 tablespoon grenadine, and use gin.
Campari Cooler: Add 1 tablespoon raspberry syrup, and use Campari.
