Gone with the Wind Recipe

Makes: 1 drink

Also known as “Scarlett O’Hara.”

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 ounces Southern Comfort
  • Cranberry juice
  • Wedge of lime
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Pour the Southern Comfort over ice in a chilled highball glass. Add cranberry juice to fill, and squeeze in a lime wedge.

  • I've never, ever heard this referred to as a "Gone with the Wind." It's always been called a Scarlett O'Hara, although now Southern Comfort now just tags it as a "SoCo & Cranberry" in their promotional materials.
