Thai Dressing Recipe

A tart, slightly spicy vinaigrette.

  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 5 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 2 tsp nuoc-mam
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 red chile, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 sprig of lemongrass
  • 3 chive blades
  • Salt and pepper
