Thai Dressing Recipe
A tart, slightly spicy vinaigrette.
- Juice of 2 limes
- 5 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 2 tsp nuoc-mam
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1/2 red chile, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 sprig of lemongrass
- 3 chive blades
- Salt and pepper
- Combine the oil, lime juice, and nuoc-mam, then incorporate the remaining ingredients.
