Thyme, Rosemary, and Wine Vinegar Dressing Recipe

  • 1 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  1. Blend the thyme and rosemary seeds in a food processor or crush them with a mortar and pestle. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and combine with a whisk.
