Spice up prunes for this take on the classic Indian condiment.
- 1Put the prunes, onion, salt, and spices in a large pan and add two thirds of the vinegar. Bring to boiling point and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Add the remaining vinegar and the sugar and reduce until the mixture becomes a thick puree.
