Bosom Caresser Recipe

Appropriate brandy cocktails exist for every subtle seasonal change of the year.

When served before dinner, brandy cocktails pair well with savory dishes such as meat pies or mild salami. A platter of various cheeses would admirably suit these drinks after dinner.

INGREDIENTS

2 ounces brandy
1 ounce Madeira
1 ounce Curaçao
1 teaspoon grenadine
1 egg yolk

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake all ingredients with ice; then strain into a chilled wine glass.
