INGREDIENTS
- 1 horse’s neck spiral of orange peel
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 4 ounces cold ginger ale
INSTRUCTIONS
- Drape the spiral around several ice cubes in a highball glass, and allow some excess peel to hang over the edge of the glass, simulating a horse’s neck. Add the bourbon and ginger ale.
