Horse's Neck Recipe

The continuous spiral of orange peel gives this drink its name.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 horse’s neck spiral of orange peel
  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 4 ounces cold ginger ale
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Drape the spiral around several ice cubes in a highball glass, and allow some excess peel to hang over the edge of the glass, simulating a horse’s neck. Add the bourbon and ginger ale.
